I need guidance on configuring the flow in such a way that:

1. I should be able to select any one of the three provided questions.
2. Along with that, the user should also be able to type their issue.
3. Based on the typed issue, the Virtual Agent should provide an appropriate solution instead of showing the message "Sorry, I didn’t understand."

it sounds like an easy topic, what have you tried and where did you get stuck?

  • add Static or Dynamic choice in the left,
  • then configure the options
  • add decision
    • decision branches

Then you would need to either enable LLM or NLU models with intents, utterances and everything.
