VMW Total Number of resolved incident without breach SLA

Hello,

 

I am working on some KPIs for Vendor Management related to SLA. one of the KPI should calculate the total incident that resolved without breaching SLA.

 

My issue that the KPI count the incidents as long as I has one SLA task breach the SLA, so if an incident has two SLA task one for Response and the second for Resolution and the response task breach SLA and the resolution doesn't breach the incident will be counted an non-breach

 

below is my KPI setting

 

1. Indicator Source (VMW.incidents.SLA)
- Facts table = Task SLA [task_sla]
- Conditions
     * SLA definition Type = SLA
     * Stage != Cancelled
     * Task Task type = Incident
     * Task Resolved [Incident] on Today
2. Automatic Indicator (Number of incident without breaching SLA)
- Addition Condition (Has breached = false)

 

How can I only count incident that doesn't have any task that breach SLA?
