When user clicking on the Chat Tile its need to initiate the chat same as clicking on bubble icon

I have implemented the virtual agent bubble icon in service portal page and through the bubble icon we can initiate the chat with the agents.

Issue :In service portal there is a Chat Tile icon available, when the user clicking on that  Chat tile icon it need to initiate the chat same window will open as the bubble icon.

Can anyone help me suggesting this please.
