How to Alter URL/KB Article for ServiceNow Annoucements for Different Language in Service Portal?

For, User Preferred Language is (English) - User click's on announcement It will redirected to the KB Article 101.

If User Preferred Language is (French) - User click's on announcement It will redirected to the KB Article 102.

 

Note - Both KB Article Are different.

 

What are the ways and How to fulfill it?
