Whenever live agent creates incident then incident number will be automatically send to user

Hi,

 

It is related to virtual agent topic, Whenever Live Agent clicks the Create Incident UI Action button on the interaction table of Service Operations Workforce then the incident is created automatically.

 

But I want additional functionality here, In live chat itself the created incident number will be automatically send message to the user in that chat box only like "INC00XXXX is created for you query."
