I'm trying to create a report that shows who is on call today.
I've been able to make some progress on this by going to “On-Call Scheduling” > “Reports” > “Schedule Report” and selected all under “Available” moving them to “Selected” and clicked “Run Report”.
Then I'm using the "Rotation Schedule [v_rotation]" table to create a report using the filter:
"Start date time Today" and Type is one of On-Call Coverage and On-Call Rotation".
The problem I'm having is that when someone is covering for someone else, I get 2 entries in my report: one for On-Call coverage and, of course, the other for On-Call Rotation".
But if someone is covering for someone else, I don't want to see the person that they are covering for in my report.
What I'd really like to have is a filter that works something like this:
"start date on today and type is on-call coverage or on-call rotation if on-call coverage does not exist."
Is there a way I can create a report in SN that lists only who is on call today?
Is this possible?
