Hi,
When navigating to Self Service > Service Catalog in developer instance instead of showing catalogs it is showing as 'DOD Public Catalog items' in Native view.
Also, when trying to 'Create Request' from Incident it is not showing all the catalogs as below when we click on 'service catalog'.
Kindly suggest on this.
Thanks and Regards,
Shivani.

Hello Viraj,
We do have that UI Action and Module configuration for service catalog.
How can we enable ITIL Users to access the service catalog from Native view?
This is the page we can see now when navigating to Service catalog.

Shivani

Hello @vanamalashi
Did you check what kind of arguments are pass over module configuration is it same as showcase in previous screenshot shared by me?
If you are saying how to enable for ITIL users then you can add role to module and it will be visible to them only as OOTB its visible to all who has access to native ui.
If my response has helped you hit helpful button and if your concern is solved do mark my response as correct.

Hello Viraj,
Hope you are doing good!
Even after giving ITIL role in visibility it's not working. Can you let me know if that is mandatory to add roles on module to get access for service catalog or do we have any other ways to get this requirement.
Regards,
Shivani
