Hi all,
I got a request to open Knowledge Articles that the users search for with the search in the workspace to be not opened in the edit/record view, but in the actual reading view. As seen in the image below, we search for the records.
When opening the KB article, it opens in the record page.
My question here is, if it is possible to adjust the routing for this so it will open on the "kb_view" page that you would see as if you would click view article UI Action.
