How to keep the virtual agent topics under customised categories to differentiate the VA topics in the BOT

Hi @Prakash36 How do you set this so the categories are collapsed upon opening VA please? My VA opens expanded which makes users have to scroll through the long list of topics or collapse categories as they go down the list.
