I created a custom greeting and need to add that greeting to a certain KB article page.
I tried URL and tried page with no success.
The Default greeting appears instead of the Custom greeting.
Maybe because the KB article page opens using the Portal URL? I do have the sorting number lower than the Default greeting so it would take priority on that page (I thought)
Any suggestions??

Hi @Lynda1 ,
Have you changed the greetings topics to custom greetings under setup topics? See attachment.
Thanks,
Pradeep

Hey Lynda, to ensure your custom greeting appears on a specific KB article page in a ServiceNow portal, verify the following steps: First, ensure the custom greeting is configured with the correct Condition so it matches the URL pattern or page where the KB article is displayed. If the KB article opens in the portal, confirm that the custom greeting's condition explicitly targets the portal's URL or context. Use the sys_id of the KB article or the URL path in the condition for precision. Also, check that your custom greeting's Active field is set to true and its Priority is lower (numerically higher) than the default greeting. If issues persist, clear the platform cache by navigating to System Diagnostics > Cache and test again to ensure the updated configuration is reflected.

Thank you for the responses. I opened a Hi case with ServiceNow asking the same question. They did a little research and said this is not possible since the KB opens under the Portal link. Guess one can dream.
