how to add Added Text " chat for support " to Icon Added Text to Icon   

we r activated live agent plugin , we need add text

Using Service Portal Configuration, you need to (clone and) edit the OOTB Portal Widget "Virtual Agent Service Portal Widget" (sn-va-sp-widget). You'll want to update the HTML (and CSS) to customize the look of it.

Hi there,

There is no configuration option to achieve such. You would need to clone the Service Portal widget for this or create your own.

Hi  opend and tried that script .

clone the widget and add same as all 5 scripts . added that image in portal home page but not showing any thing..

showing empty circle

but we need like this same as ur blog
