Implementing AI search without Now Assist

Created a new model from prebuilt one, added 2 intents extra, added utterances, added entities and test cases.

Clicked on 'Train' - successfully trained message comes up.

When i try the model - I am getting error - 

Error MessageException caught in the predict call - reason: {"status":"failure"}
