AI Search is not working in Virtual Agent in San Diego Release.

Hi, Good Day, I have configured AI search and Now assist in VA,but when i am testing in chatbot with some content which has no kb article,summary should comeup/now assist AI search should give its own content.It is not giving.instaed it is giving kb article/some options.How to enable now Assist AI search in VA??

Now Assist started in Vancouver. I do not believe Now Assist is compatible with San Diego.
