All Topics button small in greeting

Before I open a Hi case, I am seeing if anyone noticed this and if there is a way to correct it. We are on Washington DC and Patch 4. I noticed the All Topics button is really small. 😀

We renamed it to Common Topics and this is how it appears. I noticed Promoted Topics do this as well. Any thoughts?

I have raised a HI case and the support engineer confirmed this as issue in the product. They are investigating it. As you said it is not a major problem though.

ServiceNow replied that this is expected behavior starting Washington Patch 4 and we cannot change it.
