I would like to know if anyone has experience on setting up their Asset Management module. We currently have Intune and Jamf feeding computer data into ServiceNow (pc and user details), but I have now been advised from our internal teams that when new devices are purchased they get added to "Enrollment" in Entra for Pc's and Apple Manager for Apple devices first and will only appear in Intune and Jamf if they have been assigned to a user.
Is this correct and how have people configured ServiceNow to deal with this process
