Hi All
Does anyone know how bookable time slots can be removed from a walk up location. We have the situation where a techincian is going to be out of the office for 1.5 days, so we need to stop people booking slots. We have a scheduled of Monday to Friday. Even if we had daily schedules we could not simply unticket the day in question, as that one mean people could not book an appointment for the same day but the follwoing week.
We want to leave the schedules in place, but simply book out the slots effected whilst the technician is out of the office
Solved! Go to Solution.

Great video @Jerry kk Wong. @jonathangilbert another tip is to add your region's holiday schedule as a child schedule so that you don't have to block out all the public holidays manually.
