Can't create new topic in VA

Hi Community,

I've started learning VA and I've enrolled in one of the available training.

I am stuck at the very beginning where I can't create a new topic for VA. 

It asks me to upgrade. What am I doing wrong? Am I missing some plugins? Doesn't look like.

I am doing that on my PDI.

Some things to check. 

1) You have the Virtual Agent plugin installed (VA Lite plugin does not include VA Designer create access.)

2) You have the right role - admin, or virtual_agent_admin.

Thank you Victor, I don't know why I was sure I've installed the entire package. That was the issue. I only installed several plugins to VA.
