creating ticket once user click on chat with an agent in chatbot at present,
1. I am expecting that if same user come or agent who is resolving the ticket should have an option to re-open the same chat.
2. Else if user come back with same problem, it should not create a new ticket instead it should update work-note or additional comments of the existing ticket.
