Classic VA Topic conversations - VA Now Assist: effort worth to setup new TA Topics

Hi all,

I really hope someone can help me with the following. We are planning to make a big effort to create many Virtual Agent Topic conversation in the "Classic" version. I was wondering if this is the money / time worth as so far i understood, Virtual Agent - Now Assist works a bit differently and dont use VA classic Topic conversations.

If this is a long-term project, skip heavy investment in VA Classic—Now Assist uses a different framework and Classic topics won’t transfer directly. Build with Now Assist or design topics for easy migration. For more tech insights, check out quickymagazine.
