End Conversation topic not closing the conversation from Agent Chat Queue Triggers

I have configured queue triggers for Agent Chat queues to allow users create an incident if agents rejects the chat request. However I am also getting an option to "End Conversation" if agents reject the chat request. If I click on End Conversation the virtual agent conversation is not getting closed. It keeps showing 3 dots on virtual agent screen.VA Issue.pngVA Queue Triggers.png
