Continue the same chat conversation using virtual agent

1)Open https://bursar.uchicago.edu/en
2) Click Chat
3) Click Show Me Everything
4) Click Bursar Chat Agent Chat
5) Populate to 2 Options
i) I am a student
ii) I am not a student
6) If you click I am not a student they stays in the same page
7) If you click I am a student, then user authenticate inorder to continue chat.

Once user authenticate, chat should continue.Once user authenticates in step 7, Can we continue to use the same chat conversations that was initiated with out authentication?
