Does Catalog Conversational Experience plugin actually exist?

I'm trying to understand the readiness of my current catalog items for conversational interfaces. Lots of documentation refers to the Catalog Conversational Experience plugin (sn_catalog_con_cov). I'm unable to find it in the application manager or the external Store site. We have licensed Now Assist for Creator, so other Gen AI / LLM components are installed. 

I'm spiraling through the various vaguely written ServiceNow docs and forum posts announcing things that all say something a little different and depict an environment that doesn't seem to exist. Can anyone shed light on this? Here are the most relevant articles I've been trying to decipher.

"I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for, but I can see them in my client instance. You can update the Now Assist plugin and then check again."

Well, I guess that's proof it exists but doesn't solve my problem - all my apps are up to date, I've synced with the store and I still don't see it. Guess I'll have to open a case.
