Error in the Lab Virtual Agent Simulator (Course) / Create NLU Intents (Content)

Hello everyone! 😺


While running the Virtual Agent Simulator (Course), I was unable to create the intents in the Create NLU Intents (Content) step using the Lab Instance, as I was encountering the following error: "Some features may not be available because the connection to NLU Service is not available. Please try again later. If the issue persists, log an issue with Support.".

I spent some time searching for a solution and found the KB Article which solves the error exactly: 

KB0011418
