Expert Feedback Loop issue : not returning any data
In Expert Feedback loop, I am still getting the landing page where it says
"There isn’t enough data yet
Either we’re still aggregating your users’ data, or you don’t have access to the data on this instance.
See the attached screenshot

Hi,
So have you tried waiting, to see if the data comes in ?
Do you expect to have data here?

Please review the published KB1633901: [NLU] Active Learning (AL) and Expert Feedback Loop (EFL) - Further insights on the utterance extraction from the Virtual Agent (VA) chat log to enable NLU Admins to provide feedback and further improve their NLU Models.
Note: You need to be logged into the ServiceNow Support Portal to view this article.
VA Chat logs are in table [open_nlu_predict_intent_feedback]. If you are testing EFL in a SubPROD, then you may need to import expert feedback loop data between instances. Once you have enough data in this table (minimum 100 records), the scheduled job "Active Learning" can be triggered to generate feedback for the EFL tool.
Further in-depth details on this process can be found in the published KB article.
Best regards,
Brian

Hey Brian,
I have 370 records in open_nlu_predict_intent_feedback table. But still the expert feedback loop table is coming empty.
This is the schedule job i found that is responsible for updating expert feedback loop. I ran it manually but this also didn't seem to work
