We have fully built out our Virtual Agent with NLU. However, the training and publishing are not being captured in an update set. We have to manually re-train in each instance.
Anyone else run into this?

I just have a hard time believing ServiceNow would put out a product that couldn't be fully captured in an update set.

Kim,
Please feel free to open a ServiceNow HI Support Case, they will have the same information to share as well. I would encourage you to also open an enhancement on Idea portal for NLU Model training/publishing.

Do you have any article or site we can reference to find this?
Thanks in advance! 🙂

Hi
a) Train and Publish actions are not captured in an update-set because these actions occur on a separate NLU server;
b) Train and Publish actions need to be performed on the instance after the update set is applied;
If I have answered your question, please mark my response as correct and/or helpful.
