Guest users session expired when select an option

When guest users select an option from a choice in virtual agent, this message is displayed:

It's something like: 'Your session has expired. Login again".

And when I look into console, I can see some failed http requests:

Any idea of a possible resolution for this problem?

Some util informations:

1 - Our widget is OOB

2 - All topics is enable for public users

3 - guest timeout properties are configured according the documentation

VA timeout are controlled by below system properties.

 com.glide.cs.idle_chat_reminder_timeout
 com.glide.cs.idle_chat_cancel_timeout

You manage timeout values for com.glide.cs.idle_chat_reminder_timeout system property in your case.

I´ve noticed that this behaviour is only in anonymous session.
