Have Virtual Agent pop up when service portal is visited?

Hello - does anyone have advice or directions on how to get the Virtual Agent to be popped up and ready instead of having to click on it first in the service portal? Seems this should be OOB functionality. Thank you in advance.

I prefer to use the footer that is part of my theme, so it is enabled across all of the portal. Also, this is how I handle my widget to get it to standout - Enable Virtual Agent Feature Bubble without SlideN... - ServiceNow Community.

@Paul Curwen I watched the video and this looks really cool! Only issue I have right now is it looks like Proactive Triggers is not available on Tokyo and is available starting in Utah.

My widget was built on Tokyo and is now on Utah without issues. I should note, if you have it set to automatically popup when entering the portal, it will start an interaction/conversation automatically and why I went away from the OOB widget. If this is something you want, I understand but make sure to filter out some topics from reporting as you will have quite a few abandoned items as not everyone will do anything with it. For some reason OOB it would do that automatically when I enabled it but as soon as I cloned the widget it stopped.
