I have found that once an interaction ends with either the Virtual Agent or Live Agent, as an end user I am unable to highlight text to copy & paste - this can be helpful in times when I've been given a code, reference, or URL that isn't hyperlinking for whatever reason.
I know I can enable the option to allow end users to download the entire transcript - haven't seen the equivalent option/setting for Virtual Agent interactions. I don't want to explore this yet, as I simply want to enable a setting to allow the highlight & copy text behaviour to be the same regardless of the interaction state (as an end user).
