When I type "help" in the virtual agent I get the attached message. Does anyone know if there is a way to customize this message. I want to add a link to our corp VA FAQ. I'd also like to add/remove tips.
I asked this question a while ago. Was told, there is no way we can change that message. Hoping the answer is different now! I would love to do the same.
