I have used OOTB "Requst catalog item".
After searching the catalog item name VA shows result in carosoul.
Customer want us to resize it.
How do I customize or resize the carousel.

Like I mentioned:
"Anyway, "resize the carousel": that's not possible. Out-of-the-box there's no option for this. Also we can't influence the CSS of the Virtual Agent client."
Concerning:
"Also is it possible to add custom minimize icon on header where start and stop conversation button shows?"
No, that won't be possible.

Can you give some detail of what you would expect of "customize"?
Anyway, "resize the carousel": that's not possible. Out-of-the-box there's no option for this. Also we can't influence the CSS of the Virtual Agent client.

Thanks Mark for replay I was also thinking like that.
Customize means like resizing the size of carousel or changing background color or change size of image inside that top image box.
If I want something like that will work exactly like carousel. Is is possible ?
Also is it possible to add custom minimize icon on header where start and stop conversation button shows?
Because customer is asking us to do it.
