How to create request within VA?

Hi,

 

I was wondering how to create/open a request within VA? I see there's a topic block called "create incident", is there something similar for request?

There used to be a 'Submit Request' Topic a while back, but now deprecated (think sometime in 2022).

There is however an OOTB Topic Block called 'Request Catalog Item' this video is a decent step by step example of how this can be used for your requirements:
