In Agent Chat, the 'skip' option appears automatically by default with Choice datatype.
I am using a survey with questions that have only two options set with the Choice datatype, but additionaly the 'skip' button automatically appears on the Chat Bot Dialog Box (See the attached Screenshot). I would like to hide or remove this.
Does anyone have any idea how to remove this 'skip' functionality?

Solution Proposed:
There are no options to hide the "Skip" button in the pre-chat survey of the virtual agent if the question is optional. The "Skip" button is always visible if the question is not mandatory. You can make the question mandatory to make the "Skip" button diappear. This is hard coded in the system.
