I want to hide "open chat window" virtual agent icon in portal , need help on this .

Hi @judithar120
Try once by clearing the Cache.
If still the issue is there
1.Checksp_agent_chat_configTable
- Go to the Navigator and enter:
sp_agent_chat_config.LIST
- Important: If any record in this table has the Portal field left empty, the chat icon will appear on all portals.
- Fix: Make sure:
- Every record has a specific portal assigned.
- Your portal is not listed in any of those records.
2. Remove the Virtual Agent Widget
- Navigate to the Page Designer for your portal.
- Look for the Virtual Agent widget (often added in the footer or header).
- Remove this widget from the layout.

Navigate to Service Portal > Agent Chat
Open the record that includes the portal in question.
Set the 'Active' field to false.
