Hi Everyone,
I have a requirement to open the Virtual Agent Widget when I click on the Button on Service Portal.
Please share if anyone have implemented similar functionality.

What do you mean with "when I click on the Button"? Which Button?

Oh wow, clever. Hadn't seen this before. A year or so ago, I was customizing the VA widget for other things (including your "I can help with..." message!) and I wanted a way to open the chat window on click - and on URL - so I just combined those and updated the widget to read the URL parameters and use it to open the chat (and also to start a specific topic).

Hello @Chris D I had an requirement like before Eva loga I had message like how can I help you that is not clickable so, If I want to click that message to start the virtual agent conversation.
.
Here in the above image only if i click the logo the chat will start conversation.
so if I click the before message the chat want to start conversation.
can you please help me for this customization .
