how to show a particular knowledge article in virtual agent topic

Hi ,

i want know how can i show a particular knowledge article in virtual agent topic. 

for example if location choosen is A then kb_001 should be visible B is choosen then kb_002 should be visible.

Hi there,

How do you want to present that specific Knowledge Article? Should it just be a link to the Knowledge Article (link to the Service Portal? or Platform UI?), or should the text of the Knowledge article be actually displayed within your topic (is possible, though might be tough to read especially when it's a lot of text)?

Hi there,

So for example, you want to show a pre-defined KB article. If choosing X for example article A is shown. So something like:

Is this what you are after?

This example looks almost the same as using the KB topic.
