Hi,

I am facing the issue Virtual Agent(VA) if i try to create the topic it is not working.

If i create one it is not working and also existing topics are also not able to find.

Try repairing the plugins and see if that resolves the issue.

Try to switch this toggle:

I found it very unlucky, perhaps it will start showing your topics. Alternatively you can check the selected conditions in the funnel icon (right corner bit below the blue Search button).

And last but not least check sys_cs_topic and sys_cb_topic to ensure the topics exist 🙂
