I see "All done! Is there anything else I can help you with? " at the end of NOW Assist VA conversation, however I can't find this message anywhere (any topic, closing message, etc). Where is it coming from?

A. Check what value set in
- Go to system_properties.list and search for this property com.glide.cs.general.closing_message
B. Check End conversation topic value

Thank you. The value in com.glide.cs.general.closing_message is "Thank you for using our support chat.", not the one we see.
For item B, the link you provided
talks about menu items not visible.

Update the message in the sys_cs_context_profile_message with type=closing
