Implementing Virtual Agent in Domain Separated Service Now instance for ITSM

Hi Everyone,


My current requirement is to configure Virtual Agent for a domain separated instance. I tried keeping the topics in the Parent domain, but it is not visible to the users in child domain. Is this expected?

We are not planning to keep the topics in Global domain; we want to configure them in Parent Domain.

@Raguram1 Please let me know if you have implemented this before. I have seen it one of the community post stating that you have made similar implementation.
