In Virtual Agent Analytics Dashboard how are the different reports/widgets in OOB are configured?

In Virtual Agent Analytics Dashboard how are the different reports/widgets in OOB are configured such as under Usage tab conversation Type report tab in the backend. I have lookd to breakdowns, widgets, indicators etc but unable to track them.

Hi,

If you have installed Conversational Analytics available from Quebec version and you want to re-configure the contents of the dashboard, then navigate to Now Experience Framework >> UI Builder.

The dashboard pages cannot be modified directly, but you can copy pages using the Duplicate menu option in the Now Experience UI Builder tool. After copying a page, you can customize the page content according to your requirements.

I want to know how the data is being fetched in( Conversation Type ), while checking data sources Conversation Type Property is coming for this. In Conversation Dynamic Property is opening then some filters are showing but how the data is being fetched is not getting clear. If I want to know how it is making different bars for LA+VA conversion and VA conversion then how to know that
