OOTB VA conversations

Hi 

Been watching a video which contained a list of the OOTB VA conversations from servicenow. We want to start really improving our virtual agent and i wanted to delve into the conversations and what they actually do (was hoping e.g. the Azure AD ones even if i didnt have the spoke i could see the conversation?) But i cant find a majority of these and was wondering where to find them!

We have used the following OOTB ones already: troubleshoot slow computer, MS teams troubleshooting and VPN connectivity, check ticket status, my equipment, open a ticket, escalate IT ticket, search knowledge base

I can only see 34 of the below OOTB conversations

Hi there,

Some of the topics might come with additional plugins. Have you checked that? Its also a mix of (setup) topics, subtopics, etc.. If I activate all plugins related to Virtual Agent topics (some ofcourse... licensing!), then I have 100+ out-of-the-box topics.
From when is the video and this image? Perhaps also a few got deprecated in the meanwhile.
