Hi all
Anyone got experience to disable VA field at the bottom of chat "click here start to new conversation" after conversation end? And also hide the "+" button to start a new conversation.
Currently my VA was design to be be initiate from external web client. Thus we got a requirement to only initiate through external.
Any guide would help me to customise this requirement.
Thanks

Hello,
Looks like it not possible to make these changes as these require touching OOB setup, However go through below links once

Hi there,
While there is no out-of-the-box obvious option to achieve this, technically its definitely possible!
For example, when not using the topic picker, and not using switchTopicById or switchTopicByName, then the start/restart will not be available. Same when you are only using switchTopic, then the start/restrart will not be available.
If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.
Kind regards,
Mark
