Is it possible to hide emoji icon in Virtual Agent?

Hi ALL,

 

I'm using virtual Agent and I want to  hide emoji icon in virtual agent.

Are there anyone who know about this topic?

Unfortunately, not 😞

You can't influence this with for example CSS, there's also no (documented) system property or something for this.

Unfortunately, not 😞

Hello @shun ,

Can you try this once, I'm not sure if this will fix your issue but give a try.

1) Go to Chat Setup

2) Uncheck 'Emoji Enabled' checkbox.

Hi there,

Unfortunately that won't work for what shun is asking. That's not related to the Emoji which is shown in the Virtual Agent chat client when having conversations/topics. The Emoji Enabled is related to the Live Agent.
