Is it possible to show hello message next to chatbot?

Is it possible to show a hello/welcome message next to chatbot? So users will be aware of there is a new chatbot implemented and they will interact with it.

 

Looking for something like this.

Custom definitely possible, though since a few releases also out-of-the-box. Or at least, it sounds like proactive triggers could help your case.
