Live Chat automatically abandoned once the available agent click the accept button

Hi Guys,

New I'm new in Agent Workspace, we encounter an issue when the live chat automatically abandoned once the  available agent click the accept button and its a bit tricky because it only affect 1 agent only it not happen to other.

Is there anyone who encounter the same issue or there is a documentation to fix this.

we reported the issue to servicenow and the issue is going to be fixed in XANADU patch release.

Hi,

having this issue for months now for only 1 user. New laptops/ virtual workspace or clearing all settings didn't resolve the issue.

So i have a case running on Support for a while. They have a problem PRB1776097 for this issue.

My advice is to keep reporting this issue on at support with enuf evidence as possible so they can pinpoint the issue more quickly.
