Hi chawlajyoti;
To get the ServiceNow connector ready you will need to set up an OAuth application in ServiceNow so you can generate a Client ID and Client Secret.
In ServiceNow, go to System OAuth → Application Registry, click New, and choose Create an OAuth API endpoint for external clients. Give it a name, save it, and ServiceNow will generate the Client ID and Client Secret for you make sure to copy the secret right away.
For the instance name, just use your ServiceNow subdomain for example, if your URL is https://dev12345.service-now.com, the instance name is dev12345
If you don’t have access to a real environment yet ServiceNow offers a free Personal Developer Instance through the ServiceNow Developer Portal. That’s a full sandbox where you can basically safely create OAuth apps and test connectors without touching production.
Once you have the instance name client ID and client secret you can plug those into the connector and authenticate.
Happy to help if you want to double-check roles, redirect URLs, or which OAuth flow to use.
