Hello everyone,
We're on Xanadu. When I go into NLU Workbench and select "Irrelevance Detection", I do not see the model I'm looking for under the "Not relevant to the VA model" drop-down list.
The model I'm looking for is trained and published.
Any idea what's going on?

@HeatherSN and @Raj64 can you let me know the exact steps of making an utterance irrelevant for any model/intent. I see the 1st step is to add the utterance and mark it as not relevant for any model, but post that the save feedback button doesnt show up(gradded-out). Can you please provide input on this.

Hello aakashps. It's not clear what might be happening, but it's worth checking the following:
- The utterance is less than 25 words and also less than 200 characters.
- A model cannot have more irrelevant utterances than normal training utterances.
- A model can have a maximum of 200 irrelevant utterances associated to it.
It's possible that there is a total maximum limit of 200 utterances designated as not relevant to any model (this is an inference, not spelled out in documentation that I could find).
Another thing I noticed is that the "Save feedback" button is grayed out on my own instance, on the
Irrelevance detection interface page (https://<instance-name>.service-now.com/now/nlu-workbench/irrelevant-utterances). The "Add" button is functional and I was able to add an irrelevant utterance. So maybe this is a bug of some kind, with the "Save feedback" button present but nonfunctional.
