Populate an incident's Assignment Group from a Virtual Agent Topic Block

This was solved by updating our copy of the Create Incident Topic Block to:

1. add an assignment_group Reference field in the "Start" step,

2. add a Lookup utility, then a Record Action utility after the incident is created,

3. Then, reference the Assignment Group in our copy of the Zoom Phone Request where it calls in the Create Incident topic block.

How can I populate an incident's Assignment Group from a Topic Block?

 

I created a Zoom Phone Request and it calls the Create Incident Topic Block with an assignment_group variable added (tried with string and reference to sys_user_group).  When I add a value to the assignment_group in the Zoom Phone Request, it does not populate the Assignment Group in the incident it creates.

 

I created a Business Rule and was able to populate the assignment group in the incident after creation, but this may not suit our business needs as we add more topics that need to route the incident to various assignment groups.
