Proactive Trigger is changing the Virtual Agent Icon

I am finally checking out Proactive Triggers, when I change the system property to true, it changes our Virtual Agent icon.

Anyone ever see this before?  We are on the Yokohama version.

Digging some more, it appears to be using the icon for sp, we use the esc.

sounds like a bug. I would put in a case for this one

Could you please provide, if we have the solution available for this issue.

We had some customization on the Portal page in the css section for VA, we removed the custom code and added the OOB code.

I still do not have proactive triggers turned on due to a different issue in our environment and have not opened a case since it is a low priority
