Hey!
Wondered if anyone has manged the below yet:
We have managed to get the proactive trigger to work on our CSM portal on servicenow, however we set up the URL trigger as well with our website in the URL contains "Website.namehere.com"
But this isn't working. I've attached screenshots of the Rule and trigger and how they are set up - I've edited the website address in the URL so you get the idea.
I've checked the proactive execution history table and there's no log of anything in there.
Any ideas?

Turns out - they do work!
You need to have a CORS rule enabled with REST API = Advance Chat Settings
I also added another CORS rule same as above but with REST API = Proactive Trigger API
We have now managed to get this working!
