Record Producer does not match Virtual Agent "Request this item" content popup version

We've found that when using a search term to have Virtual Agent serve up catalog items, after clicking the widget to navigate to the record producer/catalog item, the page is missing variables from the record producer. Does anyone have any insight on how to access the Widget/Search Result that serves this content up so that I can see how it's retrieving the variables?

Hi Hayden,

Checkboxes are missing sometimes in Virtual Agent "Request this item" content popup version, if you are using UI policy to make the checkbox mandatory, then please delete the variable and ui policy and create them again, not sure if it will work for you, but please try. I have not faced that issue after upgrading our instance to Washington though.
